The Get CRMready nonprofit CRM readiness workshop continued this week with webinar two of the three-webinar series. Lisa Fay Wellek, National Director of JDRF, joined Keith Heller, CEO of Heller Consulting, to talk about planning ahead and preparing for a successful implementation of a CRM strategy and system.

In addition to discussing how JDRF tackled their own strategy for a successful CRM initiative, Lisa and Keith discussed the following topics:

  • How to identify and prioritize your nonprofit’s CRM goals and objectives
  • How to take stock of your existing systems and processes
  • What it takes to design your organization’s future CRM environment
  • Approaches for planning for a phased implementation of your CRM system
  • Ways to communicate with people and coordinate your processes and technology to support your CRM strategy
