When a national cancer organization came to Heller, they had specific changes in mind. They were frustrated with their slow system that did not integrate with their other systems. This disconnect forced them to manually update all systems to ensure data was up to date. They also wanted to keep participants informed of their fundraising goals during before, during and after walks. Last week I attended the first ever Salesforce MVP Summit. For those of you how are not familiar with the MVP program, read more about my thoughts on becoming an MVP.

The MVP Summit was a 1-day no-holds-barred meeting of MVPs and Salesforce executives. I can’t talk about the details of what they showed us, but suffice to say that everything they presented will be here in the next year and it is awesome! At one point we were so excited that we stood up and started cheering. Granted, we are all super Salesforce geeks who live and breathe Salesforce every day, but I think others will be excited about the improvements in store as well.
