What Types of Information go into a CRM System?

One way of thinking about a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) environment is as a house full of people with different needs, lives, and concerns. Your constituents, staff, and volunteers all live in your house together, and interact with each other in many different ways. Sometimes a house can be full of people on their own schedules, going about their business every day only interacting when they absolutely need to, or worse, are forced to. A good CRM system will make your house into a home, where everyone can talk to each other, share ideas and information, and work together on things.
